Both indicator lights are green, no preheating, and unable to connect

Data board is damagedReplace the data board
Printer not connected
  • USB cable or power cord not connected
  •  Data board malfunction 
  • Correctly connect the USB cable and power cord
  •  Replace the data board
Printer top cover is open
Top cover is not fully closed
Close the top cover.
Paper Feed Failure
  1. Check for paper shortage
  2. Paper is not loaded correctly
  3. Paper feed rollers are dirty or worn
  1. Ensure paper is present in the tray.
  2. Load paper correctly.
  3.  Clean or replace the paper feed rollers.
Paper Jam
  • Paper is not loaded correctly
  • Paper is damp
  • Paper feed rollers are dirty
  • Front edge sensor is malfunctioning
  • Fuser assembly is damaged
  • Load paper correctly.
  • Use dry paper.
  • Clean the paper feed rollers.
  • Inspect and replace the front edge sensor.
  • Replace the fuser assembly.
Toner cartridge not installed
  1. The toner cartridge is not installed or not installed correctly.
  2. The chip contacts on the toner cartridge are dirty or damaged.
  3. Toner cartridge chip is damaged.
  1. Install the toner cartridge correctly.Press the cartridge until it clicks into place.
  2. Clean the chip contacts and printer contacts.
  3. Replace with a new toner cartridge.
  4. Replace the engine board.
Toner Cartridge Type Mismatch
The toner cartridge model does not match the printer model and is not compatible with this printer.
Replace the toner cartridge.
The toner cartridge has reached the end of its service life.
  •  The toner cartridge has reached the end of its service life
  • The toner cartridge chip has exhausted its count
  • The toner cartridge chip is damaged.
